3.3 Suspicious Transactions

Bonuses and Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
vip 3 offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳2,000 bonus giving a total balance of ৳3,000, and ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.
4.2 General Bonus Terms
- A bonus may only be claimed once unless the offer is explicitly stated to be repeatable.
- Each bonus has its own wagering conditions, validity period and minimum deposit amount.
- If multiple bonus offers are active at the same time, vip 3 will determine which one applies.
- If misuse or abuse of a bonus is suspected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.
- Funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement has been met.
4.3 Changes to Promotional Offers

Gaming Rules
5.1 Fair Play Policy
All games on the vip 3 platform are conducted fairly and transparently. Members may not attempt to artificially influence game outcomes. Using bots, automated software or any third-party tools to play games is strictly prohibited.
5.2 Technical Issues
If a technical fault or server problem causes any irregularity in a game result, vip 3 reserves the right to void or correct that round. In such cases, the member's wagered amount will be refunded. Winnings incorrectly displayed as a result of a technical fault will not be paid out.
5.3 Betting Limits

5.4 Sports Betting
The sports betting section allows betting on various cricket tournaments (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football and other international sports. If match-fixing or irregularities are found in any match or event, vip 3 reserves the right to void all bets on that match. For multi-bets, if one selection is voided, that selection will be removed from the combination and the remaining odds will be recalculated.
VIP Program Terms
6.1 Tier Structure
The vip 3 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each tier provides a weekly cashback benefit — Bronze members receive up to 0.3% weekly cashback; Silver members receive up to 0.5%; and Gold members receive up to 0.8%.
6.2 Cashback Calculation
Weekly cashback is based on the net loss for the week (total losses minus total winnings). For example, if a Silver member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback.
6.3 Tier Changes
Tier upgrades are based on a member's gaming activity and participation. vip 3 reserves the right to modify VIP membership benefits at any time, and members will be notified if tier criteria change.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on vip 3. Violating these prohibitions may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any funds:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Registering with false or misleading information.
- Bonus abuse — placing systematic bets with the sole purpose of earning bonuses.
- Exploiting weaknesses in games or the betting system.
- Selling or transferring accounts, funds or bonuses to third parties.
- Attempting to hack any part of the platform.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing.
- Harassing or threatening other members.
Intellectual Property Rights

Limitation of Liability
